Judson Eddins

Judson Eddins is a commercial real estate broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial Capital Advisors. He serves buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants across Lubbock, surrounding West Texas communities, and up into the Panhandle. Before commercial real estate, Judson spent 12 years in retail management. That means he understands what business owners face. Lease renewals, location decisions, traffic patterns, and deals that fall apart are all familiar ground. When he sits across the table from a client, he isn’t guessing at what matters. He has lived a version of it. West Texas is home, not just his market. Judson knows the neighborhoods, business districts, and growth trends that never show up in a demographic report.

His work centers on industrial and retail. On the industrial side, he helps owners buy, sell, and lease warehouse, flex, manufacturing, and distribution properties. That includes small bay shops, owner-user buildings, multi-tenant flex centers, and larger investment properties. He helps owners evaluate their options and position the property for a successful sale or lease. He also represents industrial investors, landlords, and tenants. In retail, Judson works with franchisees seeking their next location and landlords filling space. He also helps investors buying net-leased properties and business owners ready to sell. Deals range from single-tenant restaurant sites to neighborhood shopping centers and retail pad developments. The goal is always the same: get to the right deal for the client. As a CCIM candidate, he is building advanced skills in investment analysis, market evaluation, and financial modeling. That training helps him show clients whether an investment actually makes sense. Whether you’re selling an industrial building, leasing retail space, or weighing your next investment, Judson is glad to help. If you’re in Lubbock or anywhere across the South Plains, he welcomes the conversation.

I’m Judson Eddins, a commercial real estate broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial Capital Advisors. I work with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants across Lubbock and surrounding West Texas communities, up into the Panhandle.

Before I got into commercial real estate, I spent 12 years in retail management. That background shapes everything about how I work. I understand what it takes to run a business. From lease renewals and location decisions to traffic patterns and deals that don’t come together. When I’m sitting across the table from a business owner or a tenant, I’m not guessing at what matters to them. I’ve lived a version of it.

West Texas isn’t just the market I serve, it’s home. Living and working here gives me an understanding of neighborhoods, business districts, and growth trends that don’t show up in a demographic report.

Most of my work falls into two areas: industrial and retail.

On the industrial side, I help owners buy, sell, and lease warehouse, flex, manufacturing, and distribution properties across Lubbock and the South Plains. Whether you own a small bay shop, an owner-user building, a multi-tenant flex center, or a larger industrial investment property, I can help you evaluate your options and position the property for a successful sale or lease. I also represent industrial investors, landlords, tenants, and businesses looking to buy or lease warehouse and industrial space.

Retail is the other half of my focus. I work with franchisees looking for their next location, landlords trying to fill space in a center, investors buying net-leased properties, and business owners ready to sell. From single-tenant restaurant sites to neighborhood shopping centers and retail pad developments, the goal is always the same: get to the right deal for my client.

As a CCIM candidate, I’m building advanced expertise in investment analysis, market evaluation, and financial modeling. That training helps me advise clients beyond simply finding a property; it helps them understand whether the investment actually makes sense.

Whether you’re selling an industrial building, expanding your business, leasing retail space, or evaluating your next investment, I’d be glad to help you navigate the process. If you’re in Lubbock or anywhere across the South Plains, let’s start the conversation.
